Audio and UI additions

    BeamNG just keeps getting better and better with every update! A couple of adds I'd love to see have to do with audio and the UI.

    Audio:

    Would love to have more realistic ambient sound effects added. For example, we know that when the camera is set to Driver, it has that "inside the vehicle, with all doors and windows closed" insulated sound. What if the doors/windows were to be removed? I think that external sounds should then be more audible, such as when in hood view where the external ambient sounds are louder (wind, engine, road noise, etc). I think this would add to realism and immersion. Right now, the sounds remain as if still being inside an enclosed vehicle whether or not doors/windows are there in Driver view.

    UI:

    Perhaps a setting to allow the last vehicle selected to remain when switching maps in free roam, instead of having to go into Vehicles and then selecting Set As Default every time.
