lets be honest,a RWD Rally Car is very bad at rallying. So, I'm proposing the idea of awd for all/most cars that dont have awd drive

    Ex: Ibishu 200BX,Ibishu Miramar,Civetta Bolide,etc.

deal with it. Rwd is common for rally cars of that age so it wouldnt make sense

Literally every rally car before the Audi Quattro had either RWD or FWD and there were many holdouts (such as the 037)

I'm pretty certain there were more RWD rally cars back then than AWD

Why would the Miramar get AWD? That thing predates the quattro by 20 years

Same for the Bolide and 200BX. The Nisaan 240RS and both Ferrari Bolide counterparts were RWD

    Correct.

The covet and 200bx would be logical to get awd

All we need is more sheer speed and power, according to Jeremy Clarkson.

This could easily become a mod. RWD rally cars aren't bad, as long as you know what you're doing.

Unless you are using a keyboard, in which the car will become unbearably uncontrollable.

If you are using a high powered RWD anything with keyboard, I wish the best of luck to you, as reacting fast enough to counteract the oversteer is hard since BeamNG physics are realistic.

Well, driving in BeamNG is a more difficult than driving IRL, explained here.
In terms of RWD rallying, you can use throttle manipulation to control and maintain the amount of oversteer IRL. RWD rally vehicle when the vehicle is understeering, increase throttle, when the vehicle is oversteering, reduce throttle.
In BeamNG, however, you cannot. When the RWD vehicle is understeering you can still increase throttle to oversteer it, but if the vehicle is oversteering, reduce throttle will not make the vehicle understeer back again.
Given the fact that IRL RWD Group B vehicles are already very difficult to control, driving them in BeamNG is hellish, even with analog controller/steering wheel. For realism I recommend Richard Burns Rally.

EDIT: Need to adjust suspension. For example the Pessima Rally - Gravel's rear wheels have TOE-OUT.
