Axis percentage keys mapping (throttle, brake)

    Hey guys. Is there any way to map keys to certain percentage of axis? For example Q for 20% throttle, W for 60% throttle and E for 100% throttle? Arma vehicles work similarly to this. I tried searching, but I only found keymaps to joysticks and stuff like that.
