Barstow bumper/front fascia STILL wiggles when steering

I have OCD, so I tend to fret over the little details. One such detail is that the Barstow's front fascia and bumper tend to wiggle when steering (when stationary). The effect is especially pronounced when concealed headlamps are equipped. I have no mods installed. This has been going on for at least five versions.

 

Nope, all of them, unfortunately.

Update: It appears to vary with the graphics framerate, becoming more severe as FPS decreases. WTF?

 

It happens at ~30 FPS, all the way up to ~50.

UPDATE: I am no longer sure about the correlation with FPS. It seems to occur sporadically, on any config, on any map, depending on what mood the car is in. It also seems to happen most on configs with bigger wheels, like the Kingsnake. I would record it, but Bandicam freaking sucks :|
