As a lot of you may know, i just started "proper" modding for. drive. I messed around in blender for a few months now and someday at my work i thought it's time to do some stuff now. But what can i make, what does the community like and need(?). And here i am now with a Barstow convertible. Done: -bodywork in blender -separat body to choose in part selector -asking mod support -convertible glass selectable -doors with or without glass available -jbeam removal where the roof was -weird rear fender shape removal with 4 link rear axle -texturing -all needed configs Download here
I can t wait all of your config and mod are beautifuk --- Post updated --- I can t wait all of your config and mod are beautiful
Look in the BeamNG.Drive folder. And then click utils folder and then click the editor folder an then you would find the BNEditor.
awesome that the windows are now removable! A small thing that would make it look a bit better would be if you would make the rear fenders a bit higher but i think thats just to much work for too little outcome.
ok, opened the editor when i do it like this, the windshield wobbles around, and i may need some more over the rearaxle, how can i use it properly? --- Post updated --- the fenders are original
I always disable the triangle view, and enable the node names and I edit the jbeam in the text on the left.
you mean like that? i tried to make new triangles on the windscreen where the roof was, and over the rearaxle, but then the whole car disappeared
No, the body.jbeam text open like your previous pic and select or deselect the boxes on the right top
like so? --- Post updated --- and now --- Post updated --- Ok, thanks to Blijo for the help so far! jbeam is not finished yet, but at least the windscreen don't wobble around anymore
