Barstow only has Body Customizations

I just got this game a few days ago, so this might be an easy fix. Anyway i was jumping back and forth from messing with the pickup and the Barstow(both have been able to change the powertrain. but later today i went to find that now i can only change the body stuff, no frame customization's. I have already uninstalled ALL mods, uninstalled the game just to find that it had no effect on it. so i'm coming here for help. Correction It appears that it is several cars not just the Barstow.

 

I am also having the same problem with all of my cars, the only thing that shows up is the unibody, paint design, and other customization. No doors, trunk, hood, chassis, engine, etc. on all cars.

 

Yeah i was afraid of the pic being to small, not sure why it did that though. But i was able to change the engine and trans along with other power train mods before and all of a sudden i cant change anything but the body parts, like the hood and fenders and interior parts.
