Bastion Stage 3 turbo not functional?

    The stage 3 turbo on all the bastion engines does not function. when installed there is no boost gauge UI app, so the game thinks the car is naturally aspirated. anyone else see this issue?

    might need to swap the "exhaust manifolds" into "Twin Turbo exhaust manifolds" only thing i can think of right now
