Beam.ng Is having a crisis

So, my laptop, which is way worse than my pc, has been acting strange. All of the UI stuff loads way faster on my laptop. eg. the vehicle selector, customization menu, maps, and even ctrl+R'ing. The game lags super bad on lowest settings, 30fps, My laptop specs are: AMD A12 9700p Quad core 2.5ghz, AMD R7 gpu, 6gb of ram, and a 1tb 5400rpm Toshiba hdd. My pc: fx8350, 1050ti, 8gb ram, 8k rpm 1tb hdd. I don't think it is the hdds but loading the game would seem like it would use the hdd but Beam.ng is a very demanding game when it wants to be and it does what it wants to do so maybe someone can help me. I takes my about 3mins to load the vehicle selector on my pc but it is instant on my laptop. Also installing parts is instant on my laptop but takes about a min on my pc.
