beam wont open

so I turned on my computer and tried to open beamng but it showed a loading circle for 1/2 of a second and didn't do anything I think its stean tho cause no other game will open and I ive tried shuting off and back on and restarting

 

Have you tried re-installing the game

 

steam isn't opening so I cant do that
