BeamNG conversion tool ?

I saw that in the wiki there was something called "BeamNG conversion tool" as you saw in the title of the topic....
If someone know what it is could you explain what it dose and what for ?

 

The "Conversion Tool" appears in the wiki article known as Migrating Content, which can be gotten here. It's basically an article of how to convert vehicles from RoR to BeamNG. The article shows how to do this manually, although there is a link down the bottom that says "conversion tool" which I presume is some sort of program designed to automatically convert .TRUCK to .JBEAM, but the link won't work for me so I don't know. There is also a vehicle editor on the forum somewhere which supports RoR and BeamNG, so I suppose it could be used as a conversion tool.
