SOLVED BeamNG documents folder deleted

I was trying to download a map from the repo, but it said that i didn't have enough space. After relaunching the game, all my mods and configs were gone. The game created a new 0.31 folder which is completely empty. 1200 hours of making custom rally and race cars... and now they're all gone.

 

You can just move all of your stuff from the old folder into the new folder. In your documents library, navigate to the BeamNG folder and click "moved here" until you're in the 0.30 folder. Then you can just move your data from there to the 0.31 folder and have your configs back

 

Most of the configs i had were made in 0.31 and now they're gone

 

Oh thought you meant after the update... Well in that case, I'd recommend checking the recycle bin for the files...

 

Nevermind, my goddamn external hard drive was disconnected from my pc lmao
