Beamng doing wierd

Today i started up beamng and just got playing.. already i noticed that i spawned in free cam, there was no vehicle spawning with the map. so i was like ok... but not that big of an issue, but then i wanted to update some mod. (djlopper vehicle pack) and i could not get the old file deleted. i just press the delete or the trash button and just nothing happens, the debugg button doesnt work as well, and the mod isnt working to. all the other mods i have installed are fine.
Btw:
When i spawn in the map the camera doesnt really spawn in free cam, but just under the ground with all speedometer rev bar red like i have no prop/vehicle to connect to. so i need to go into freecam and fly up so spawn a car.

I am using the newest version of beamng (via steam) and i never had this problem before. i already tried to clear my cache, that did not do anything ether.

Update:
I got the mod deleted right now. but still having the same problem where no car spawns in.

 

Run the game in safe mode and see if that works. If it does run then it is as mod that is causing the problem and you will have to figure out which one it is

 

Already tried safe mode. there is still no car spawning in. cant delete the mod again right now. i dont think its a mod.... because it just came out of nowhere?
