beamng dosent work please help

to anyone willing to help

im moving all my games on to a new hard drive and so i prepared a new folder with game from my hard drive. in that folder is the steam folder with beamng in that so i made a new shortcut for steam and then opened beam. it came up in a small resolution in a big window with pink around the game and before i could play it said i had enable online access so i pressed enable and it came up with the t.o.s. there was no were to agree so i closed beam and t.o.s and started beam again and the same thing happened and i also did try disable but it came up with the same thing pleasssse help
