It says that i'm running a Intel GPU and that I should upgrade but I have a dedicated GPU
My laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad Y700 Flagship Gaming Laptop.
    PC Specs:
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ Quad-Core CPU @ 2.60GHz
    Built-in GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 (Driver Version: 21.20.16.4627)
    Dedicated GPU: AMD Radeon(TM) R9 M375 (Driver Version: 15.201.1101.0)
    DDR4 Memory
    GDDR5 Memory
Its says that a device installation was requested for the AMD graphics card, but it's not updating anything.

    PLZ HELP

It's the drivers/system that tell the game what GPU to use, not the opposite.

You need to first make sure your dGPU is working at all.
Then configure your video control panel so that it uses the dGPU is programs: https://wiki.beamng.com/Dedicated_Graphics
