You need to install Reshade - Download it from their website (link in the instructions), from the zip you downloaded from Reshade's website, extract Reshade.fx, the Reshade folder and Reshade64.dll, and do what I said in Step 1 with them.
Not sure whether this will help you, but on my keyboard the num lk and scr lk are on the same key and you have to hold the fn button for it to work.
The effect is enabled by default so not having the default toggle key (which you can change) is not really an impediment.

no sorry, i do have a scroll key but it just doesnt work with the preset, the scroll lock light comes on though
A scroll lock light is a physical connection on the motherboard, how Windows interprets the keypress can be different.
But I'm saying the preset is enabled by default, no matter if his keyboard is unplugged or whatever, if he doesn't see a change, he didn't install it properly.
Hey @cessni, I think the mod deosnt work for me, I put everything unpacked in the folders as you said, and when the game starts it says Reshade on the top left corner, but it also says Loading Effect...No Effect found! Do you know why that happens? Did I make something wrong?
