BeamNG FPS Stuttering Problem

    Hi everyone!

    So, I have a problem with BeamNG where the FPS stutters for about 1-2 seconds frequently, I just got this problem today. Never had it before. You can see it in the video I attached.

    I have the following specs:

    i7 9th gen, 2.60ghz.
    Dual channel 16GB ram DDR4.
    2GB ram Nvidia Geforce GTX1660Ti.
    BeamNG is running on a SSD if anyone wants to know.

    Usually it stays at around 75fps, but sometimes drops down to 10-15fps for a bit.

    I tried safemode, deep clean cache. Deactivated all my mods.
    All the things you can think off basicly, except reinstall...

    If someone could help me, that'll be really appreciated!
