Dear BeamNG, I am writing to you to ask you if you can edit a few things 1. When you fall into the water there is no splash. 2. When you drive into the water there are no ripples around the edge of your car 3. When you create an AI car you cannot delete it 4. When you go underwater the cars lights still work 5. In heavy crashes car oil or fire does not appear 6. Is there a way of ajusting the weather or the time of day easier? 7. Do you think you can add a 'town' map? 8. When there is a lot of cars it lags From Robin P.S: Can you add a Suv, bus or an estate car?
1. already planned 2. already planned 3. then you don't have the car you spawned selected (unless you set the vehicle that spawns when you load the map as the ai, in which case, you can't delete that one) 4. already planned 5. once again, already planned 6. not at the moment 7. coming in the next "race" update (the east coast map has a small town) 8. your cpu is what's causing that, the more car's, the more cpu the game uses (beamng is VERY VERY cpu intensive)
Logoster summarised answers nicely, except 4. DC electrical systems function pretty well when wet, light bulbs can function underwater.
Robin have you bought the game? If so there is a link to upgrade your account in the e-mail they sent you.
Thank you. Are the lights they use on the cars the same as the ones on submarines? - - - Updated - - - Thank you Davidbc, after your comment I have a few questions. Question 3. How do you then delete the car at all? Question 6. not at the moment Question 7. How small is the town? Is it like a Monaco style? Question 8. Just like question 3, how do you delete the AI's? - - - Updated - - - Can you send me a link? Because I had quite a lot of links
Take a torch that runs on batteries or whatever. Turn it on, stick it in a sink full of water. It will still work. Doesnt need to be submarine lights. Such simple electrical circuits do function entirely fine underwater. You would have a bigger problem with the computer systems aboard the car though.
No, the links are personal, each of us got his own. You should have got the email when you purchased the game (Just do a research in your Inbox and look for BeamNG?) The forum also explains you how to get your account activated.. 1. Open your email and look for your BeamNG order. The email looks like this: 2. Once you click on your personal order link, you will see the following page: 3. Click on the "Register" button.
That was a slightly smooth way to get an order link, but luckily we are smarter than that. Also, I bet this means that a Prius can't run underwater. >
Since you don't have the badge yet, I will suppose you didn't buy the game. (or pirated it, dun dun) Anyway, cars don't have sat-navs, because it would be useless IMO. Maps have limited size already, it's unlikely you need directions to go somewhere. And it's always fun to explore maps by yourself (I can still remember when I first explored GTA IV map, so many cool things, then I started to memorize it and all the surprise was gone).
Smiling pile of poo that releases so much CO2 during manufacture that it is less "green" than a non hybrid vehicle for the first 50000 miles. It can however out-drag my car
