Has they're been any talk about going multi-platform with BeamNG in the future?
@Carbender No. Maybe Mac or Linux.
plenty, not happening, the consoles aren't powerful enough at all

well if I get 20fps on a laptop I wouldn't think a console would be able to run it and plus with console you can't mod the game.
as far as the game being playable on a console graphicly speeking they probly could render the game but there cpu is so inadiquet to model the physics that you would suffer at close to 15 fps. it took me a 1000 dollar laptop with a i7 in order to play the game at any form of nice rate. mostly my laptop keeps up with and offten outstrips the ps4 so if this powerful laptop has problems which it does on many maps maintaining a high fps there is no way a console can.
It would be able to run it, just not very well at all. (Think <30FPS 720p with a single D15 or something like that.) The console boys would complain about the crappy quality and about not getting stuff like the T75 which my 4.4GHz FX 8320 can barely get 60FPS with on Grid (<20 on a intensive map or with more than one.) so there's no way a console could handle one. Not to mention the fees just to develop a game for Xbox/PS.
I think the graphics would work fine on the new consoles but the CPU's in the new consoles aren't very good. So you probably wouldn't be able to have many vehicles out.
Not even 1. Its an AMD APU at 1.5-2 ghz or so. Too slow. The APUs in desktops clocked at 3-4ghz struggle with BeamNG
