I will try to be short and informative.

The game usually runs fine, but sometimes it randomly decides not to run in x64 mode until I restart the computer.

When I start the game the launcher pops up. I press "Launch game" and nothing happens. I have 2 processes running that are BeamNG related. A picture of these will be uploaded as an attachment. Their CPU and RAM usage do not change over time and they never read or write the hard drive.

When I go to the game's root folder and then launch the game from the Bin32 folder it launches and works but I get a warning message saying that I should be using the 64 bit version.
When I launch it from the Bin64 folder nothing happens, just the 2 processes.
I always run the game as admin and there is no antivirus software interfering.

Disabling mods, clearing the cache, using safe mode, deleting the BeamNG folder in Documents don't help.

When the problem appears there is NO LOG generated in the Documents forlder. Only the launcher log which seems to tell me that an error message popped up. But I never got that error message.

I cannot replicate the problem, it seems to happen about once a week. I always leave the computer in sleep mode, but not turned off. One evening the game works, next morning it doesn't. I can't seem to find a pattern that would cause this like Windows updates or driver updates. It seems totally random. The only thing that helps is a complete restart of the computer.

    Windows 10
    i7 5820K
    16 gigs of RAM
    GTX960 4 gig

I can't seem to find anything that is on the "incompatible" list.
I can't find anything that I think could create an issue.

Comodo is disabled and I mean completely disabled.
    Windows Defender is also disabled.
    ShadowPlay is also disabled

As a last resort I took pictures of my running processes, please see if you can find anything that might cause a problem.

Can't see much in the Task Manager.
If you notice in our Wiki page, some of those programs do not appear as installed program.
Some of these do not even appear are running processes, because are DLL that injects into running programs.

The fact that your problem is completely random makes me immediately think it's something system related, especially the 32-bit/64-bit fact alone, which I've seen pretty much always being caused by other stuff messing with the game.

I'd say check that your Windows is intact (sfc /scannow command - Google it)
Then run some malware/virus scan (MalwareBytes, ADWCleaner are suggested)
Eventually check in Safe Mode (Although since your problem is random, it may not help much)
