I love Beamng, but somehow it is the only game I play that screws up my system like no other game can. It's not like it crashes, but it causes some really weird symptoms that no other game does. For reference, my PC specs are:

    I7-5820k processor
    GTX 1080ti
    16GBs or RAM
    1TB M.2 SSD
    Windows 8.1.

And here is what happens for seemingly no reason:

Game takes at least a minute to load. For reference, any other game loads in <30 seconds.

Never loads into full screen despite having that selected in the graphics options, I always have to Alt+Enter to get into full screen.

Whenever the game updates, it will 100% crash on first time startup. Will start second time and any time after guaranteed. Has something to do with the cache, if I delete the cache it will crash on next startup.

Messes up my audio drivers, 50% of the time while playing the left and right audio channels will get swapped. I have not been able to determine what in game causes this. Unplugging and plugging my headphones in fixes the issue. The game crashes if I try to do that while still in game.

Sometimes bricks my system when exiting.

Locks the refresh rate on my monitor to about 30fps when I exit the game. I have to disconnect and reconnect a display to get back to the full refresh rate.

Will randomly stutter in game from time to time, a restart of the game fixes the issue.

Windows is updated and all my graphics drivers and audio drivers are updated. These issues have persisted for years with no end in sight. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
