Your GPU might be overheating. But that is just a guess from my past experiences with hardware.

Does this happen in other games aswell?

Glitches like what you posted look a lot like what's called "artifacts", a term for visual garbage spat out of a malfunctioning graphics card.

Generally speaking, when you see artifacts, it's because:

    1. Your graphics card is overheating

    2. You improperly overclocked the card

    3. Drivers are not installed properly

    4. The card is broken.

Shut down the computer, and perhaps check if you need a driver update, and if that doesn't fix it then you need a new graphics card.

Have you installed any mods. I've had this problem (not this big of a scale) You could try uninstalling them. Make sure you save the file somewhere you will find them so you don't lose them.

Those aren't graphical artifacts. Those are pieces of the car bugging out.

The ground mesh is stretched and glitched too, and the ssao isn't shading the glitchiness, so with the single image presented I still think it's graphical artifacts
