SOLVED Beamng tries to run on nonexistent monitor

For a while, i ran Beamng on monitor #2 with my laptop, now i sold the monitor and Beamng will not show up, even tho it is running

oops, accidentaly uploaded the same file 3 times and forgot to change the name,,,

 

Before trying the possible fix below, make sure that no HDMI or DisplayPort cables are plugged into your laptop, and that the projection setting is set to PC screen only (Win Key + P)

With BeamNG open, hover over its icon in the taskbar. Right click the thumbnail and click "Restore". Then, right click the thumbnail again, and select "Move". Try the left and right arrow keys to move the window back to your laptop screen. If it doesn't work, you may need to reinstall...

 

Monitor #2 I'm going to assume is the external secondary monitor?

You could try to spam "ALT + Windows key + Left arrow key" a little bit. And / or Alt tabbing. The alt arrow key trick will only work if the game was set to "Windowed".
