Bentley Ultratank Unreleased Mod?

Hello, I have been browsing YouTube, and I've noticed some YouTubers have a mod where somebody put the body of a Bentley Continental GT3 onto some tank tracks. I've browsed everywhere to find a download link, but I can't find it!
I want to know if this is either an unreleased mod, a private mod, or a mod that I cannot find a download link for.

i'd guess it's a private mod made specifically for videos, It appears to use the t80 tank's tracks, (and my guess is probably the whole jbeam structure as well).
so even if you could get it, it'd most likely function exactly the same as the t80.
