Best Graphics Setting For My PC?

Hi I'm wondering what the best graphic settings are for my setup to be able to have 60fps along with using dynamic reflection.

Setup:

CPU: i7-3770 @ 3.40 gHz
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 970
RAM: 14gb @ 1333 mHz (I think that's the speed)

 

I'd say use max Mesh, Texture, Lighting, and the other drop-down, use SMAA antialiasing, enable antialiasing, SSAO, and dynamic reflections at about 1/4, 0, 1/2, and 1/2 for the sliders.

 

So I'll go over the ones you didn't mention:
HDR: On
Light Rays: On
DoF: On

Shader Quality: High
Post Processing Quality: High
Anisotropic Filtering: x16
Grass Density: Max

Should I change those too?

 

I usually don't have DOF, Light Rays, or HDR I'm (don't notice much of a difference), but your hardware can.
Shader and PPQ should be on high, anti-static doesn't matter, and grass density can be on max. This is just a really quick evaluation, so some experimentation may be required. But this should work for now, if my RX 460 can do those settings.
