What is the best image format for BeamNG.drive skins? I'm not a fan of (noticeably) lossy compression so I'd rather not use dds (or should I say lossy dds, since there are different types of compression for dds). Could someone tell me what kind of formats BeamNG.drive supports? I have a lot of .png images I would like to convert to a BeamNG.drive friendly format, so could someone tell me a way I could bulk convert to whatever format is the best?

while for performance reasons not really recommended, PNG does actually work.

DDS variants are recommended though, they can be hardware decoded.

Are there any lossless/high quality (still compressed though) dds variants? Also, how would I bulk convert?

R8G8B8 is lossless. But I wouldn't recommend it.
