This is car of the year to establish what cars you like. --- Post updated --- I voted for Pathfinder at the end of best car of 2000. we will have a mega poll to see what car was the best of 2000
Dude, how do you forget Suzuki? Sure, they didn't sell their cars here in America after the late 2000s, but back then you could still buy them off a dealership. So I don't know how you forgot Suzukis. They are good off-roaders, just ask other members here who own Suzuki SUVs. Much like the Suzuki Grand Vitara.
The Suzuki Vitara is not comparable to the Grand Vitara, they are both very different. Grand Vitara's are tanks, and they are one of the best small SUV's ever made. The Toyota 4Runner is good, but has a reputation for being underpowered and apparently struggles to even do 70MPH. My father's Grand Vitara has towed about 2 tonnes worth of trailer, without any difficulty. Not bad for a 2.5L V6 with 352,000km on the clock with next to no maintenance.
This kind of vehicle selection left me confused. At least I knew what those US market compacts look like, and now these SUVs... I've only seen Pajero (Montero), Pajero Sport (Montero Sport) and Vitara in real life. But things went the same way as in the previous poll- I am concerned that 4Runner is the best, but my heart chose the more beautiful Montero/Pajero.
-Creates poll thread -Begs for people to vote for a specific car That is not a way to make a good image of yourself.
No, the Pathfinder isn't better, the 4Runner is, because this is called, "BEST Import SUVs (2000s)" so that means the 4Runner is better. Hah.
