I also added some exhaust pops and crackles. I'm just working on making it as a separate configuration so it won't mess with the original exhaust sound. Want me to pass them to you once I'm done so you can include that in your mod ?

You should put this in the 'sounds' category of mods if possible so its easier to find!

 

I think the sound is great, but it is a bit loud when it reaches peak boost. It's kind of unrealistically loud right now, but its better than the stock sound. When it isn't at peak, it's perfect though.

EDIT: The sound is only really loud for vehicles with a lot of boost. I was using the high power car pack, and the blow off valve sound is LOUD because of the amount of boost it was making. On the stock cars, the blow off valve sound volume is perfect.

 

Better make it your own mod since it sounds like a bit more work! I've actually made a little sound mod for the 200bx with backfires, turbo spool, and a rotary idle lol (was originally doing a rotary sound mod for it) but can't wrap my head around the code to make it sync up properly as it sounds low or too high pitched at certain revs. Also not to sure how to stop the audio looping for the backfire part..


Still learning the code atm so its not realistic

 

Like this more than i do the default they have now because for some odd reason it sounds more like a jet engine than a turbo unless thats just me.

 

The blow off valve sounds good man! sounds more like turbo back flutter (like a softer set blow off valve) reminds me of my old GS-T

 

It doesn't work with new (0.6) update. I hope this thread isn't totally dead.
