-Improved water particles, tire smoke particles and much improvement to dirt particles

i have a sugestion is it possible that you can make different engine startup and starter sounds that is the game still missing

 

HELP! I want to use the car alarm sounds but when i go into UI apps it won't let me get the UI app! What do I do?​

 

It's a bug if you had the old version of the mod. It's a little bit complicated to explain since I am not at my home for all the next week I'll give you the fix next Sunday sorry

 

the sand dust works but can i remove the default game sand dust

 

With the mod you can't, maybe I can find a way to disable it. I'll look at this

Okay I can help you now, go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\BeamNG.drive\settings and delete the uiapps-layouts.json file
Your UI layout will be reseted so don't forget to make a backup in case it doesn't solve the problem !

I downloaded it, but I didn't have a 'mods' folder in my BeamNG directory so I made my own and put the .zip and folder into there. How do I check if everything is working? Things like gear shift noise, radiator hiss, tire smoke and engine beep work but I don't seem to have it all. No parking brake noise, no particles on sand, no water noises, etc....Any troubleshooting I can do? thx

Also, in the tutorial video there is a really neat blowoff sound while in 3rd person of the car. I can only hear it when in the hood viewing camera on my turbo cars, how can I hear it like regular engine noise in the video? thanks

 

You are not supposed to put it in your beamng directory but in documents/beamng/mods folder

 

My bad, I worded it incorrectly. I did put it in Documents/BeamNG/Mods and that's the result I get

Also, how do I open the .json file to change volumes? I'd like to reduce tire screech, wall scrape volume

 

Use ONLY an advanced text editor like Notepad++ or Wordpad or anything similar
And also the tire screech does not come from my mod you can't change it :/

 

Update 4.7.2 - Fixed my mistake

 

The siren isn't working,can I get some help.

 

There is no more siren in the mod

 

Oh.That was the reason I got it.Could you add that back in or something?
