Hate to be a party pooper, but modern cars all have safety glass in the front windshield.
It's a flexible coating of plastic the keeps the glass together so it doesn't fly everywhere into the drivers face.

Well, how the windows break could be improved since it's not that realistic. (Meaning it all breaks at once when real windshields don't really do that)

In that case it could suite the really old cars that are going to be released into the game later on. Such as the 1964 Ibishu Miramar, the 1963 Gavril Bluebuck and Ibishu Pigeon.

i think that the glass should be like this since mostly all of the cars in this game are older cars

"Safety glass" is an ambiguous term and could mean either types of glass described in this thread. What you describe is laminated safety glass, which is on all modern car windscreens, and the other windows on a car are normally tempered (or "toughened") glass which shatters into small pieces when broken.

Ford have apparently been using laminated glass on windscreens since at least the 1930s, but I'm not sure on general use and legal requirements in different countries. According to my local regulations (in Ireland, and possibly the rest of the EU), cars built from mid-1964 onwards require tempered glass windscreens and laminated windscreens from 1986 onwards.

Yep, cars from the 60s already had laminated windscreens, the '68 Jag E-Type that I worked on had it.
