Black and Rainbow textures when loading most maps?

So, as of late, I've been experiencing this lovely eyesore whenever loading into a map. I'm unsure what to do, seeing as I've already clean installed the game, launched in safe mode, and cleared my cache multiple times. Sometimes it doesn't happen, other times it consumed entire maps and makes it difficult to play, even occuring on Industrial Site.

How do I fix this? Is this a bug?

 

The map might be outdated, beamng updated alot of its textures and lua in recent updates, so it might be broken.
If this happens on official maps too, try clean reinstall.
