Black Lines

So since recently I've had some black lines showing up in many games, ex. Just Cause 2, , Spintires and a few more games.

Notice the black bars slightly further away:


Does anybody know how to fix this?

 

Either it's the game, the drivers, or the card artifacting.

Haven't played JC2 in a while now, but I don't think that was common when I did. Try fiddling with the settings,
Open up your driver utility (Geforce experience or catalyst control center) and check that you haven't forced any effects.
Check your card temperatures, undo your overclock if you have overclocked, overvolt if possible

 

looks like mipmapping or VBO i can sometimes recreate this in minecraft - except that the lines are white-
