Black Screen and Computer Crashes

This started happening a few months ago.
While playing, my second screen (that I play on) which is plugged into my laptop disconnects randomly ( It can happen 5 mins in or even an hour in). Then when I open my laptop and try to close the game through task manager or when I unplug my extra monitor, the taskbar freezes, my mouse cursor starts to stutter, the desktop stops repsonding and I have to hard restart my computer, sometimes it even crashes.
However this problem does not occour when I play with the Vulkan renderer. I've also noticed that it happens faster on the DirectX renderer when I play career mode or enable traffic.
Things I've tried:
Reinstalling the game
Updating Graphics Drivers
Lowering the graphics and traffic settings
Checking the integrity of the files
Booting in Safe Mode
Playing without mods

I've also monitored the usage of everything while playing but everything is normal. No 100% usage on the GPU, CPU. My RAM usage is very high but never goes above 80%

I really want to fix this has anybody a solution?

 

What are your specs first? This Windows freezes & crashes often occurs when you use a hard disk instead of a SSD.

 

I have the exact same issue. I've been having that issue for weeks now and I tried everything. Nothing works

 

12th Gen Intel Core i7-12600H
RTX 4070 Laptop GPU
16 GB Ram
Beamng is on my SSD
