Black screen on startup

    I have the latest version of BeamNG.Drive installed, and I played it fine on that version yesterday. Now when I try to play BeamNG, the BeamNG.Drive logo appears but then the screen goes black (But still backlit), and the cursor doesn't show and CTRL ALT DEL do not respond either. The bottom of the laptop does not feel overheated, and I have not had this problem before. Please help, as I hate having to hard reset it because the damn thing takes forever to start up again from boot.
    SPECS:
    OS: Windows 10 Home 64 bit
    HDD: 1TB Seagate
    RAM: 8GB DDR3
    CPU: Intel Core i3 3110M @ 2.4Ghz (2 cores)
    GPU: Intel HD 4000

    First, your GPU is waaay below the minimum specification.

    Second, go to Documents/BeamNG.Drive and delete everything.
    If it works, avoid running the game in fullscreen, but try borderless.
