Black Screen On Startup

I am having an issue where every time I start the game all I see is a black screen. This all started when I was playing the game last night and it suddenly crashed and started doing this black screen issue. I can do control+alt+delete to minimize the game and then maximize it again to make it go to the main menu like it's supposed to. Any ideas on how to fix this? I have reinstalled the game, cleared my cache, verified integrity, safe mode, and allowed BeamNG through the firewall with nothing fixing it. Any ideas?

 

Deleting the settings folder fixed it. Thanks Nadeox!
