I've already made a forum kind of like this, just a little different, under a different name, in another place in the forums. But anyway, as the title suggests, I cant even OPEN blender. I try to open blender, and i get a screen, kind of like this- and it just stays like this. I'm on Windows 8, Installed Ram - 4.00 GB with 3.48 GB usable, My computer is a 64-bit operating system, (x64-based processor) And my "Processor" is AMD A4-4300M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics I installed Blender as of 11/18/17
