I am trying to screw around and make...something...in blender, and for some reason or another, the UI is all blurry in some places and not in others, and the blurriness goes away when I point and click in the Ui area...I will take a screenshot. I searched this forum and also I Googled for about an hour and only found very specific instances but nothing really helped out...just wondering if anyone has seen this happening to them? I used blender about a week ago and for about a year prior on and off and it never did this until today...?

Boxed in red is clear as day, but everything else, including the viewport, is blurry...and it happens constantly with it clearing up and then another part gets blurry, etc. It is really quite annoying, and again, I have not seen a solution online....the only thing people seem to be saying is that this must be related to updated GFX drivers, however I haven't updated my drivers in a few weeks, and again, this wasn't happening a few days ago...i want to continue to work on my Covet 4WD mod, but this is seriously putting a damper on my day lol

actually I did run into tthat thread too...there is a link on the page from one of the replies and that link is a 404 not found...however, I did fiddle with my AMD Catalyst software driver and found the AA, and I tried Supersampling, Multisampling, and Adaptive Multisampling, as well as all different combinations of 2X, 4X and 8X AA...still doing the same thing. I even uninstalled in reinstalled. so annoying, I literally cant work like this lol
