Outdated WentWard Bus Type-D (Rear Engine) 7

You chose the stock one.

 

More like a Toyota Previa, but that's besides the point. Will there be a front engine snub nose version available? If this has been answered already, my apologies. This bus looks like it will be fun to annihilate. Keep up the work there m8ty.

You'll need 8gb or more of system RAM and a half-decent video card to run this (if you turn the reflections off, and the shadows down or off, it'll run great for mostly everyone). A little lag on loading but once you get it loaded up after a minute or two, it is fine (spin camera once you spawn to cue up all the loading that would otherwise happen). It's a good map for a bus, and a huge one at that.
Waterfront Park start starts you right across the road from it, it's the large brick building that's spread out and is 1 to 3 floors tall.

When i spawn my car i press throttle and idk why it dosent move or snything i dont even hear any sounds of the engines. Anyone knows how to fix it?

i installed the mod and dragged it onto the mods folder but when i get into beamdrive i see the bus and no sounds. The bus dosent move either.. How do i fix it?

 

no they haven't some public schools still use them.(I'm in Colorado)

You've got to choose the engina, transmission and add the long drive shaft in part menu in order for it to move and engine to work

 

I did that but when i choose the long drive shaft it is clearly a small one and i dont know what to do.

 

The latest Version of this mod as of Version 4, the mod has a couple of bugs for update 0.9. Steering is a bit missalligned(steers way more to the right than to the left, I don't know if it is intensional.) Certain panels of the bus are also bent because of the update. Pls fix.

 

Ill have to check into this, I dont think many have run into this bug but I have seen it myself in testing

I want to make that one, but it may be a while from now, there are other projects in the works

Got tired of working on the bus and decided to take a break and make something else first. The flail spinner! saw it in this video and thought, Hey I should make one!!!

It is a great mod I just think that you should put back the fun to drive engine. It was way more fun with that and more epic destruction. Or at least make the old versions of the mod available for people like me who love to fool around with overpowered cars

 

The bus won't spawn for me. It appears it has to do with a bad initial search directory ("game:/vehicles/flatbus") and a missing materials.cs file. Also, auto place can't find the nodes, so either a bad zip or something.

Also, redownloading it doesn't fix it, and neither does clearing the cache.
