Blurry camera on Utah

    So, I downloaded the new update and deciced to try Utah. I opened the game up, loaded Utah and drove around a bit. I noticed that in some places, my camera gets blurry in first person camera.

    Is there a way to fix it?

    That looks to me like a depth of field effect not working right. Try disabling DoF in the graphics settings.

    The default DoF does not do that.
    It's possible that's some graphics mod doing that.
    Please check if you have any, and disable them.
    Also go to your UserFolder/settings and delete the default.postfxpreset.cs file
