It's not that dead, it has smooth lights and dynamic mirrors... The maluch remaster deserves some love more i think.

time to check this out... i've always loved the E36 generation 3 series, well thanks to Mon Bazou aswell!
I found a fix for your issue, at least that worked for me. I simply deleted the temp folder located in your game directory. Hope this helps!
Its not about temp btw (for me) its about window texture i tryed to fix this issue for like 2 hours but its about mod windows texture, texture not loading properly and looking like this.
