Keybind that, when you press it (and is on driver cam) the camera tilts forwards, and hits the steering wheel, making it honk the horn. Works as long as you hold it. Also works when driving
Yes, why? Worst idea ever. How about the keybind that protrudes that giant spike that comes out the wheel &...you know the rest.
It would probably be more suitable if the camera tilted forwards in a crash, and hit the horn. Otherwise, just leaning forwards and tooting the horn would be a bit silly (not to mention pointless).
