is it possible to set up some sort of keybind to change brake bias, traction control level, or abs level on the fly? as in, using a rotary dial like in most modern race cars. and if so, could this be adapted for use with other things as well, such as electronic power steering strength (maybe a toggle for different driving modes that change the TCS aggression and make the steering heavier, or just a dial to tone it up and down), or maybe an adjustable electronic boost controller using a dial on a button box, or even a button to change the exhaust sound (to make it louder, simulating an electronic cutout valve)? i'd like to make use of my buttons and switches in this game, since they add a lot of immersion (rather than opening the tuning menu and waiting for loading times).

I'm not 100% certain that you can actually do it on the fly, but if you could, then you would need to adjust brake torque of wheel directly up or down and bind all four adjustment commands to single button, so you would increase two brakes and decrease two brakes with single button push.

Not really sure how you adjust brake torque of brake though and it might get complex with pigeon or t-series.

There's a fun thing to do this.
Set 100%forward brake bias. And use foot brake the front wheel, hand brake the rear wheel. If you use a programmable controller you can achieve the bias adjstment on the fly. For examble bind both brake and hand brake on one axis and use a knob to adjust the controller input bias to brake-handbrake.
