Brand new trailer?

Title says it all. The current trailer is outdated, and doesn’t show most off the game’s features.
What do you think?

Its stupid if they don't, because the trailer is like from 2014, so its like if you tried to sell tf2 with the trailer from the beta

 

they really need to update it a lot because content i missing

 

Maybe we should think of a script for the new trailer?

 

I think a lot of the engineless (For lack of a better name) vehicles need an update in general, atleast the trailers. And maybe a Gooseneck update honestly.

 

I'll admit I understood that kind of trailer too when I read this, but in this case it's referring to the steam early access video trailer.

 

And that same video is used on the main page, when you click beamng so thats the first thing the people see.

 

It's a good video in getting the point across what the game is and what it will do, the main differences would be the graphics, maps, sounds, and traffic.
I think when career mode comes, plus the new UI, that is when it would be perfect to make a new video

 

0.15 and 0.17 were both game changing updates. At the current rate of development any trailer they make would be out dated in a year. Which is still probably worth it actually.

 

I think, if they haven't made one yet is because they are working on something else.
So for me is a waste of time for the devs. BeamNG is very well know by people who like cars. Also there's a bunch of youtube channels related to BeamNG... They don't need to spend time/eford into a new trailer.
If somebody that doesn't know about the game and see this trailer it will be hook if is like us, and then will google the name and BOM!! hundreds of videos/gameplays.

 

Hundreds of videos of children running Russian mods over speed bumps, yes.
Hundreds of videos of decent gameplay and information about the game, no.
