    If you want to fix the vehicles spawning in the ground, copy the PlayerDropPoints folder from another map if it isn't there and move the SpawnSphere to where you want the new spawn to be.

    is there any reason that on mine, it contantly goes to night then light in a time span of 30 seconds? no environment things are changed.

    Maybe turn off the "play" option or whatever it is in the time selection

    I'm sure he tried that, it was something in the map that was broken causing this to happen. It has now been fixed in the latest update.
