As someone who lived a while in the UK I have always favoured British English compared to United States version of English. Instead of "Hood" it would be "Bonnet" Instead of "Trunk" it would be "Boot". And with car configurations sedan would be saloon, and wagon would be estate. I don't think I am the only one who would like this, but some are not too bothered with it. Either way this does not seem too hard to implement, they are a similar language after all.
