Broken colors and missing mesh

Hey. I've got 3 problems that my game is experiencing. And yes I've done an integrity check and deep cleaned cache.
1. Bruckell Bastion headlights are missing mesh or texture. Idk which.
2. Hirochi Sunburst colors are completely broken. The vehicle is stuck as dark grey.
3. The K-Series paint has no material unless a livery is applied.
If anyone else is having this problem, please tell me.

 

I've had this greying out issue happen before as well. I was playing with Vivace fine on east coast, and when I switched to west the car was stuck dark grey. My only fix was to use a colorable livery and make it all one color. I've also had issues with the Scintilla staying white
