Broken resolution graphics and controls

Hello, I’ve run into a problem after using a broken mod — it was an Alfa Romeo mod that Simulator Adventures reviewed. The mod didn’t have textures, and because of that my PC fully crashed. My GPU turned off, the GPU logo started flashing red, and I had to do a force restart using the button on my case.

After restarting and getting back into the game, my resolution was completely ruined and everything looked like trash. When I changed the settings back to my native resolution and fullscreen, everything became extremely big, and the resolution didn’t actually change even though the menu said it did. I tried loading into a map like that, and it still looked terrible. My GUI no longer fits on the screen, everything looks very dark, and somehow the game even switched to arcade transmission mode — even though I have that keybind disabled. It’s basically unplayable now.

I’ve tried both DirectX 11 and Vulkan, and also launched the game in Safe Mode, but the issue remains. I verified the game files, but that didn’t help either. No matter which resolution I select, it still looks the same.
