You'll have to disable mods if you want things to work properly. 950 especially is a bit much to run at once, as things are constantly becoming outdated. As far as I know, the only way to find the cause is to sort through every single mod by adding one to the game one by one. Multiple mods could also be the cause or two mods on their own interfering. I also made this reply to you previously: Of course your game will have issues running 950 mods, so please avoid making threads for that as there is no other solution than disabling or sorting through mods. This section of the forum is also for helping mod creators, which is different from what you are requesting help with.

you can archive your mods folder onto another place on your pc, and move back in mods as you want to use them.
