I will soon be building a budget gaming desktop that has these specs:
I have done thorough research for the best performance and features for the dollar.
    PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/FBDxQq

    CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor ($99.00 @ Amazon)

    Motherboard: ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($62.99 @ Newegg)

    Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($64.99 @ Newegg)

Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card ($159.99 @ Newegg)

Case: Rosewill FBM-06 MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($29.99 @ Amazon)

Power Supply: EVGA 500 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.97 @ Newegg)
    Total: $466.93

Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I already have a couple of hard drives sitting around and an unopened m.2 512gb 2280 SSD I will install. As well as the OS I've got that taken care of already.

What I really want to know is how well Beamng would run on a Gtx 1650 Super, would I get respectable FPS on normal settings? I know how well the CPU will fare, which it'll do well. For the CPU I am willing to wait until May 21st to get my hands on the new Zen 2 Ryzen 3 3100 instead of the Ryzen 3 3200G. Especially since there is a small price difference. I'm on a tight budget, so trying not to go any lower or higher than a Ryzen 3 3200G or a Gtx 1650 super.
I would go down to a 3200G and a 1050ti if I have to, but I would rather not. But it only saves me 20 bucks or so.
    - Thanks!

The only concern I can think of is the possibility of that motherboard not being ready for Zen 2 out of the box. You might want to verify that.

Not the greatest thing for BeamNG, but for $500, awesome build lol. My 2012 ThinkPad costs $500 refurbished and it runs like shit

That should be able to run BeamNG kind of sorta ok.

I mean, its a cheap PC, its not gonna be a great time with BeamNG. You should expect like 30FPS in the medium settings range i would assume. Itll be fine.

A Ryzen 5 3600 would be a lot better for Beamng as it benefits from a lot of threads

Blueboy please buy 3300X not the 3100.
Yea it costs a touch more, but you get around 15-19% more gaming performance out of it.
3300X is a special Zen 2 CPU with big advantage of 4 cores in one die.
So latency is very low to all others like 3700X/3900x or 3600.

3300X beats any 7700K any time everywhere! Fastest 4 core you can buy.

But like others said, core count matters in BeamNG.
If you can afford 6-8 cores do it.

Sorry I haven't been online in a hot minute. I have updated my specs to better ones.
    Ryzen 5 3600
    RX 570 8GB
    16GB 3200Mhz Ram
    512GB m.2 SSD

got 3600 because it has two more cores and it is a little faster than the 3300x.
    --- Post updated ---
I've seen benchmarks with almost identical specs to mine, except with slower ram @ 3000 Mhz . On Italy it can easily take 60fps on normal to high settings.

With the updated list my only concerns are the motherboards readiness for 3rd gen ryzen like @PriusRepellent said, and then you could probably fit a slightly better case in that is higher quality so you don’t chop a finger off trying to assemble your pc and is also standard ATX for future compatibility.

I have bought a different case that is of better quality due to issues with stock. I bought a Silverstone PS 19 MATX case and it isn't too bad!

Good choice! Silver stone has always had relatively good quality and almost always have great airflow.
