Bug allowing timer to begin after starting race/hotlap.

Can't seem to find any threads on this already but please remove if it is already a known issue!

I started participating in a Discord hotlap competition today and have come across a bug that can be used to drive to the first checkpoint before starting the timer, in a non-rolling start race.

Steps to reproduce:
- Enter race, but don't click 'start'
- Reset car (or edit tune & apply, this is how I found it)
- Start driving
- Click start before reaching first checkpoint
- Save multiple seconds on your lap time...

I've not tried many of the hotlap 'missions' but assuming this could be fixed by having a checkpoint on the start line, not sure how many of the races have this.
