I'm having a bit of a problem with Safe Mode. Whenever I launch it, it turns off all my mods like it is suppose to. However, when I want to turn a mod on, it doesn't load, even though the game says that the mod is on and operating. Eg, if I turn on a map mod, I can't find that mod in the map selector.

EDIT - Not a bug it seems.

Safe Mode forces all mods to be disabled, as it should.
If you do not use Safe Mode, it works fine.

But during Safe Mode, when I want to turn a mod back on, the mod doesn't load. It works fine with scenario mods, but others don't work.

Another bug I have is that all mods that I installed have the 'Official Content' logo on them.

That doesn't happen on our side.
Only our content has the 'Official Content' logo.

How did you install your mods?

Every single mod that I download always have the 'Official Content' logo. I'm using the latest version 0.8.0.1.

So you are putting the mods in the documents/beamn.drive/mods folder? The only way i could think of the official beamng logo appearing on your mods is if you installed them in the steam directory(which is the wrong place to put them). Safe mode only disables mods in the documents/beamn.drive/mods folder and if the mods aren't there then safe mode won't work.

    Not here.
Please describe, step by step, how you are installing your mods.

First, I edited the startup.ini file and changed the path to my BeamNG game folder. Because of this, all folders such as 'mods' and 'cache' appear in the same folder where I installed BeamNG. How I install mods was putting the zip files in the 'mods' folder. Both Safe Mode and Normal Mode face this problem.

user error not game bug. Anything in the same path beamng is installed to (such as your mods folder now) is treated as official content. You've forced recognition as official by having mods in wrong place.
